Refund Policy

Design Services have a non-refundable deposit to begin project. Final designs are approved by the client before payment and are therefore non-refundable.​ A full refund of the deposit will be offered if a designer cannot deliver due to an illness or emergency. If it is proven that a design contains copyrighted material (this does not include material provided by the client), a refund will be issued.

We are not liable for third-party transactions. Refunds for any printing errors are between the print service you selected and you.
